    “Triberg zelf is nog erg leuk, maar het dorp ernaast, waar het appartement ligt, dat is niet veel meer. Alle restaurants en veel pensions/hotels zijn daar al over de kop en staan leeg. Dat hebben we trouwens vaker in deze omgeving ervaren. Erg jammer, want de omgeving is prachtig, ieder dalletje en uitzicht is weer anders en de één nog mooier dan de ander! Daarom wel twijfel tussen drie rondjes en vier rondjes.”

    “Verschiedene Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Triberg selbst ist touristisch überlaufen (zumindest in den Sommerferien) und für einen ruhigen Urlaub auf dem Land eher nicht zu empfehlen. Kinder sind dort überall willkommen.
    Es gibt viele Wirts- und auch Gasthäuser in der Nähe. Die Gastwirtin war uns bei der Auswahl sehr behilflich. Für eine gute Erfahrung sollte man immer da Essen gehen, wo auch die "Einheimischen" essen. Dann ist es auch meistens preislich angemessen. Die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend zum Wandern und Spazieren gehen. Radfahren ist allerdings schöner, wenn man ein Mountain-Bike hat. Vorsicht bei Navigation per Handy. Der Empfang ist teilweise echt bescheiden. Man sollte sich besser eine Umgebungskarte besorgen.”
