    “Het dorpje Aups ligt op wandelafstand van het vakantiehuisje en straalt gezelligheid uit. Je kan er in de buurt voor weinig geld gaan ontbijten. 2x per week is er een marktje dat wel de moeite waard is om eens te bezoeken. Elke donderdag is er een avondmarkt.
    Op ongeveer 5km is er een grotere supermarkt 'Intermarché'.
    Leuke uitstapjes: boottochtje met een elektrisch bootje op de Lac de Sainte Croix, als je graag eens naar het strand gaat ga je best naar Fréjus of Saint-Raphael (60km).”
