This lovely vacation home is located in one of the largest residential complexes of the beautiful 'Costa dei Monaci' together with another 50 charming, quiet houses, all realized with quality materials such as wood, terracotta and local stone, which gives the whole complex a special atmosphere. The cottage is located very close to the sandy beach, making it ideal for a beach vacation. At a distance of about 250 meters there is a private resort with animation. Arrival after 8 pm is only possible on request and for a fee (payment on site). At a distance of only 8 km it is worth visiting the charming town of Tropea, which is situated on a rock about 40 m high above the Tyrrhenian Sea and is one of the most beautiful coastal towns in Calabria due to its well-preserved old town, which invites you to stroll around with its numerous cafes, boutiques and typical Italian alleys. It is possible that at some times of the year, depending on the tides, the sandy beaches of the town are no longer present.

    “Nach anfänglichen nicht schönen Überraschungen (Betten waren nicht überzogen und Handtücher waren nicht vorhanden) konnten wir eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus verbringen. Die weitläufige und sehr einladend gestaltete Terrasse ladet zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Es ist genügend Platz für 6 Erwachsene Personen im Haus und auch außerhalb (Terrasse und Garten) vorhanden. In der Küche ist genügend Geschirr zu finden, um das tägliche Frühstück zuzubereiten. Abendessen wurde von uns immer in den umliegenden Städten eingenommen. Zu dem Ferienhaus gehört eine Garage, die sich genau unterhalb des Hauses befindet. Die gesamte Anlage ist mit einem automatischen Tor abgesperrt. In der Anlage selbst gibt es kein Restaurant und keinen Shop bzw. keinen Lebensmittelhändler, jedoch findet sich alles innerhalb von 7-10 km. Die Sauberkeit ist leider ein Thema für sich - oberflächlich scheint es sauber, man darf nicht genauer schauen. Aber die Lage des Hauses und die tolle Terrasse machen dies wieder wett. Zum Preis/Leistungsverhältnis: Wenn die Sauberkeit einen höheren Stellenwert bekommt und die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher nicht extra verrechnet werden ist es seinen Preis wert - diese beiden Kritikpunkte sind leider anzumerken.”
