    “Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem Haus. Da wir für einige praktische Hinweise dankbar gewesen wären, hier ein paar Tipps für zukünftige Mieter:

    - für warmes Wasser aus der Leitung muss man u.U. zuerst einen Schalter im Sicherungskasten im Schlafzimmer umlegen.
    - der WLAN-Schlüssel steht auf dem Schlüsselbund.
    - der Müll wird beim Nachbarn (Hausnr. 97) entsorgt.
    - eine Endreinigung muss mind. 5 Tage vor Abreise gebucht werden, sonst muss man das Haus bei Abreise selber putzen und um 10 Uhr morgens verlassen.

    Das Haus ist innen geschmackvoll und neuwertig eingerichtet und vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden. Alles funktionierte, Sauberkeit war akzeptabel, wir fühlten uns wohl. Was man noch wissen sollte - das Häuschen ist innen zwar sehr hübsch, aber einfach nicht so geräumig, wie die Bilder es suggerieren. Auch wenn man auf der Couch noch zwei zusätzliche Leute unterbringt, wenn man kochen will, sollte man improvisieren können - die Küche ist Mini, der Herd mit zwei Platten stößt schon beim Kochen für zwei Personen an seine Grenzen (es passen kaum der zwei kleinen Töpfe gleichzeitig drauf). AUßER man will viel grillen: es gab 2-3 Grills draußen, die man benutzen kann.

    Den versprochenen Blick aufs Watt gibt es nicht von innerhalb des Hauses, auch von der Terrasse aus nicht. Zum Haus gehört jedoch ein kleines, einfach eingerichtetes Schrebergartenhäuschen, wo man z.B. essen kann und einen sehr schönen Blick aufs Watt hat. Auch von der dazugehörigen Wiese hat man einen unverstellten, tollen Blick - wir haben uns die Liegestühle und Frühstückstisch dort hin getragen, was sehr schön war.

    Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: nach der Beschreibung und den Bildern hatten wir mehr erwartet (Platz, Ruhe, Ausblick, etw. mehr Komfort u. Ausstattung bzgl. Küche), aber im Vergleich scheint der Preis für Römö zur Hauptsaison normal zu sein.

    Fazit: ein hübsches Häuschen für zwei Personen, die sich von Straßengeräuschen nicht übermäßig gestört fühlen und auf eine strategisch günstige Lage Wert legen. Auf der großen Wiese des Grundstücks etwas weiter weg von der Straße (inkl. Beachvolleyball-Platz und mit Blick aufs Watt) kann man es sich bei schönem Wetter gut gemütlich machen.”
