Our 1-room apartment (34 m2) is quietly located in the Betzenhausen district in the green plain of Freiburg. This district offers its residents an extremely high residential and recreational value. The apartment is only a stone's throw from the attractive Seepark recreational area with its public swimming lake (paddle boat rentals in summer) and sunbathing areas; popular beer gardens, cafés, and restaurants; and various sporting options (e.g. walking and cycling routes, adventure playground, minigolf course, gym, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool, etc.). The town center is just 8 minutes away by tram, with a tram stop located right outside our front door. The University of Freiburg, the University Hospital, and the trade fair are all also simple and easy to reach from here, whether traveling by tram or car. A supermarket, bakery, discount food store, pharmacy, doctor's office, drugstore, Internet café, and numerous restaurants and banks are located in the immediate vicinity. Those traveling by car can find ample public parking behind the house (Freytagstr.); alternately, guests can reserve a parking spot in the garage attached to the house for a minimal fee. A washing machine for shared use is located on the fourth floor of the building.

Classified by DTV with three stars, this 1-room studio apartment is quietly located on the third floor of the building facing away from the street. It is modern, functionally furnished, and suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Its spacious, bright living room/bedroom and sunny balcony spread across 34 m2 and are joined by an open-plan kitchen and separate bathroom with shower/WC (and hair dryer). The apartment is equipped with two beds (90 x 200cm/each) and two pull-out armchairs, each with a sleeping area of 88x190cm (slatted frame with mattress). Also included are a TV/satellite system, radio, telephone, Wi-Fi, and a kitchen complete with toaster, kettle, generic coffee maker, and microwave. Private guests above the age of 18 must pay a local city tax of 5% on top of the total accommodation price.
