Welcome to your holiday apartment in the Black Forest
This holiday apartment in an elevated location in Fohrenbuhl invites you to experience nature and to enjoy relaxing. The detached house in a sunny location affords a wonderful all-round view as far as the Schwäbische Alb.
It is a cosy attic apartment of 45m² with a double bedroom (bed width 180cm) and a single bed (bed width 90cm) and a sofa bed, a living room-kitchen, a little bathroom and a WC.
The apartment has a newly built outdoor seating area and you can also use the garden with a grill, as well as a private parking space right by the house.
As extras, on request, the owners (who also live in the house) offer the following services: campfire place in the garden, rucksack picnic, collection from the Hornberg train station (6km), use of a washing machine and dryer in the house, and homemade bread.
The apartment is a starting point for many hiking, mountain biking and Nordic walking trails. In winter two cross-country skiing trails start right in front of the door. In the immediate vicinity, within a few minutes’ walk, you can find four restaurants, a playground, a viewing tower, a sauna, a steam bath, a swimming pond, riding stables, archery courses and a private archery trail.
The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for day trips. You can visit Germany’s highest waterfalls in Triberg, the summer toboggan run and the Gutach barefoot park, Lake Constance, Feldberg, Mummelsee (lake) or the Europa Park in Rust.
The local tourist tax includes the guest card, so you can use the regional buses and trains throughout the Black Forest free of charge and enjoy free entry to many tourist attractions (museums, swimming pools etc. )
