Holiday apartment with a mezzanine level in a historical building at the heart of the city, near the opera

This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a historical building with a lift. The house has special architectural features such as high ceilings and large windows. It is in the sixth district, an embassy district at the heart of the city, just a few minutes from the opera house.

The five large windows look out towards to the exclusive interior courtyard with a fountain and green plants. The parking area is monitored around the clock and is on the next street.

The 78m² apartment can accommodate five guests on two levels. It has a bathroom with a bath and washing machine and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and microwave. The living room includes a dining space, a TV, free Internet access and a Playstation 5. Wooden stairs lead to the mezzanine level (19m²) with two sleeping areas, furnished with a single bed each (90 x 200cm). And in the downstairs living area there is another 90 x 200 cm single bed plus a 140 x 200 cm queen size bed for two persons. The sofa next to it is for seating only. All the rooms can be heated.

Many people stroll through this district with its pretty restaurants, cafes, shops and cosy bars. Owing to the central location, the apartment is ideally for exploring on foot, but it is also possible to take public transport. The two underground stations M1 and M3 are nearby. The nearest grocery shop is 100 metres from the house.

On arrival, guests receive a city map and a bottle of wine free of charge.

Geregeld dat er een verlengsnoer aanwezig was, genoeg reisinformatie om een VVV na te doen verzameld voor ons, zelfgetypte beschrijving van de omgeving van het appartement, met prijzen en routebeschrijving via openbaar vervoer.”

    “Dobre położenie ,w centrum miasta.Praktycznie można wszędzie dojść pieszo.Parking ok. 12 min pieszo.Winda,mieszkanie czyste.Jedyny minus-kuchenka elektryczna wysadza bezpieczniki”
