In wenigen Gehminuten können Sie die Steilküste mit dem Kilometerlangen Steinstrand erreichen oder wandern Sie am Hochufer entlang, an den berühmten „Wissower Klinken“ vorbei bis zum „Königsstuhl“. Wanderfreunde finden hier schöne Wege in naturbelassener Landschaft. Auch ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der historische Markt der Altstadt mit der angrenzenden Strandpromenade und dem Stadthafen.

Villa Fanny liegt direkt am sonnigen Hochufer von Sassnitz auf der Insel Rügen mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Wir bieten Ihnen zwei gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen, die nahe am Nationalpark und an den berühmten Kreidefelsen liegen.
 
Villa Fanny wurde 1889 erbaut und hieß damals „Villa Edda“ in der Prinzenallee. Im Jahr 2001 wurde die Villa renoviert und wir benannten die Villa nach unserer Tochter Fanny.

    “Das Haus befindet sich fast am Ende von Sassnitz. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet mit einem großen Balkon. Alles da, was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub benötigt. Sogar der Hund wurde versorgt, indem Futter- und Wassernapf parat standen sowie eine Rolle Hundetüten :-)

    Einziger Kritikpunkt (was aber wahrscheinlich Ansichtssache ist): man kann den Wohn-/Schlafraum nicht abdunkeln. Es gibt lediglich Plissee-Jalousien, die allerdings nur als Sichtschutz zu gebrauchen sind. Was im Sommer bedeutet um 5 Uhr früh ist es taghell im Zimmer.”
