Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Räumen, davon 2 Schlafräume mit je einem Doppelbett, einer lichtdurchfluteten Veranda mit herrlichem Meerblick, einem großen Bad und einer Küche (mit 2 Kochplatten und Mikrowelle).

Das Haus Weege liegt in zentraler Lage, die Ferienwohnung beläuft sich über das gesamte Obergeschoss der Villa mit Blick auf das Meer und die ca. 1,5 km lange Mole. Durch die neue Fußgängerbrücke sind Sie in nur 10 Minuten im Fischereihafen mit seinen Kuttern und Ausflugsschiffen.
 
Sie können auf der Strandpromenade entlangschlendern, die wunderschöne historische Altstadt im Bäderstil genießen oder bei ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit einen Badetag an den endlosen Sandstränden von Mukran/Prora einlegen. In direkter Umgebung sind natürlich auch die Kreidefelsen, insbesondere der Hochuferweg zum Königsstuhl, im Nationalpark Jasmund sowie der nördlichste Punkt Rügens, das Kap Arkona zu erkunden. Sassnitz ist ein staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort und daher kurabgabepflichtig. Der Bus- und Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
