Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage des historischen Mehrfamilienhauses, ist großzügig geschnitten und hat hohe Räume. Ausstattung: 1 Vorflur (Durchgangsflur zu einer weiteren Mietwohung -ruhiges Rentnerehepaar), von hier aus gelangen Sie zur einen Seite in die Küche mit moderner Küchenzeile und Ausstattung (Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toster, div. Geschirr), angrenzend ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC, Waschbecken). Zur anderen Seite des Flurs befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke, Schrankwand, Eßtisch und Stühle für 2 Personen, SAT-TV, Musikanlage. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangen Sie in das Schlafzimmer mit komfortablem Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, hell und freundlich eingerichtet.

Sassnitz ist staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort mit historischem Altstadtkern, der angrenzenden Strandpromenade die zum Flanieren einlädt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés befindet sich in der Nähe. Zum Nationalpark Jasmund mit seinen berühmten Kreidefelsen, laufen Sie ca. 5 Minuten. Zur Promenade und zum Hafen ca. 2 Minuten.
