At the foot of the Cevennes, surrounded by olive and chestnut trees, this quiet apartment in a stone house in the old village of Saint-Florent-sur-Auzonnet benefits from a beautiful mountain view. In the very large garden, which you can share with the owners, there is a 4.5 x 4.5 m pop-up pool. The discreet owners live on the 1st floor. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable and has a kitchen with dishwasher and American fridge, two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a spacious terrace facing south. You can get baguettes and croissants from the bakery just 300 meters away. There is also a small grocery store there. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Cévennes on foot or by bike, which because of its uniqueness have been included by UNESCO on its World Heritage List. Here you will also reside 10 km from Saint-Ambroix, as well as close to Anduze and several charming villages. If you are interested in old stone buildings, don't miss the unique Pont du Gard and look around Nîmes, Avignon and Montpellier. 20 km away, you can take advantage of the Litoral with its magnificent sandy beaches. Free parking on the property opposite.
