This beautiful vacation home with swimming pool in Brittany awaits you in a pretty fenced garden for a vacation in the countryside of Eancé in Ille-et-Vilaine. This semi-detached house is a traditional farmhouse that has been carefully restored. It welcomes you with the authenticity of old houses, with bright and elegant rooms, wooden beams and a beautiful fireplace. On the first floor, the bedrooms are comfortable and equipped with wood stoves. There are two separate lounges and upstairs you will find a large bedroom and a shower room.
Outside, the 200 m² private garden awaits you for relaxation, as well as a beautiful pool shared with the owners.
The area offers many possibilities for excursions, from Châteaubriant (19 km) with its beautiful castle to Vitré (40 km), a magnificent medieval town where you can discover the castle of the Sévigné rocks and stroll through old streets.
Rennes, 58 km away, welcomes you with its Fine Arts Museum, the Parliament of Brittany, Saint-Pierre Cathedral or Thabor Park.
Take your time to drive to the coast in about 2 hours by car and to the fascinating Mont-Saint-Michel, whose magnificent abbey will amaze you. Stroll through the small streets to reach the top and admire the magnificent panorama over the bay.
For an outing with the kids, head to Enigmaparc in Janzé (27 km) and the Pouancé water park (14 km).
Beautiful walks can be taken on foot or by bike in the peaceful surroundings, ideal for relaxing with your loved ones. This vacation property is also well located to explore the Loire Valley. The owner lives on site but has a separate garden and entrance.
