Holiday house with a south-facing terrace, near a range of recreational facilities

The holiday house is on the Neßmersiel holiday house complex, in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The outdoor area features a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and two sun loungers, a storage room and a car parking space right by the house.
A child’s travel bed and highchair, a washing machine, a telephone, Internet access and a bicycle are available free of charge.

The ground floor consists of a living and dining room with open stairs, a fully-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and crockery), a guest WC and a storage room with a washing machine. The upper floor provides two bedrooms each with two beds, as well as a shower room.

Neßmersiel is a state-recognised coastal spa town with a 25,000m² swimming beach. Here you can find a children’s playground, canopy beach chair hire, walks on the embankment and the tidal flats, and windsurfing facilities. The town has bicycle, paddle boat and canoe rentals, shops and gastronomy. There is a wide cycling and hiking network from Neßmersiel. There is also the new “Sturmfei” family leisure centre, 3200m² and roofed. It has a sauna, solarium, fitness room, gastronomy, rooms for badminton, volleyball, a climbing wall, pool tables, table tennis and bowling. Entertainment is provided by a cinema, driving simulator, Internet room and a games room for children. It is about 150 metres from the house to the town centre, about 1500 metres to the beach and 100 metres to “Sturmfei”.

    “Ein sauberes, ordentliches, gemütliches und ausreichend ausgestattetes Haus in der Feriensiedlung Neßmersiel, in dem wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. In der (kleinen) Küche ist alles vorhanden und sauber. Lediglich die Möblierung des Hauses ist nicht mehr die Neueste und bedarf an einigen Stellen kleinerer Reparaturen. Die Schlüsselabholung und -abgabe ist unkompliziert direkt im Ort. Sehr angenehm war, dass wir (Reisezeit Februar) in ein bereits vorgeheiztes Haus kamen.”

    “wir waren zu 5 in dem Haus (2 Erwachsen und 3 Kinder (16, 9, 1/2). Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war sauber. Die Waschmaschine war voll funktionsfähig und vor allem frei zugänglich ohne extra Kosten. Die Küche war klein aber fein, es war alles da. Auch in den Betten konnten wir gut schlafen, sie waren nicht durchgelegen und das Reisebett war auch wie versprochen vor Ort und sauber. Das einzige was uns negativ in Erinnerung geblieben ist, waren die Deko und Gardinen -sie waren alle kaputt. Sehr schön war auch, dass ein Gäste Klo unten ist und oben ein großes Bad mit Dusche. Sehr angenehm gewesen mit ordentlich Wasserdruck. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Objekt mieten.”
