This beautiful house is located on the outskirts of the city of Strpacici. The house is newly built and tastefully furnished. The property is fenced and has an outdoor swimming pool, a covered terrace with barbecue and a sauna with shower. The house offers a perfect combination of comfort and convenience. A beautiful pebble beach is located just 15 minutes away, where you can sunbathe and watch the ebb and flow of the waves. There is an observatory in the nearby village of Višnjan, which is worth a visit. Višnjan is also known for its fine wines, delicious honey and olive oil production. In the nearby town of Poreč, you can visit the Basilica which dates back to the Byzantine empire and is currently on the list of protected sites of UNESCO.

    “Das Objekt ist in jedem Fall empfehlenswert. Der Preis ist nicht günstig, die Ausstattung, Lage und das gesamte "Drumherum" sind es aber wert. Ausstattung ist exakt wie beschrieben, sehr komfortabel, alles sehr gepflegt. Aufgrund der Nähe zum Meer sowie auch vielen größeren Orten bestehen alle Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, Baden, Wandern, Radtouren etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto gut erreichbar. Unser Fazit: ankommen, auspacken und insbesondere den Luxus der Lage genießen.”

    “Wir waren während 2 Wochen im Juli/August 2012 in diesem wunderschönen Haus, das absolut empfehlenswert ist. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, die Küche ist bestens ausgerüstet, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll, der Garten schön angelegt und, und, und. Sehr angenehmer und hilfreicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Da das Haus gerade in der Hochsaison auch seinen Preis hat, haben wir uns gefreut, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte. Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig abseits aller Hektik, es gibt viele Momente, in denen man außer dem Wind und den Grillen gar nichts hört. Wie die Mieter von Juni 2012 schon sagten: Vielleicht das schönste Haus, das wir je gemietet haben...”

    “Das ist das bisher beste Haus, dass wir gebucht haben. Wir haben schon Häuser in der Toskana gebucht, aber das ist mit Abstand das Beste gewesen. Die Aufteilung ist ideal für uns (2 Familien je 1 Kind) gewesen. Die Ausstattung, egal welcher Bereich, trifft genau die Bedürfnisse. Ein rundrum gepflegtes Anwesen, dass zweimal durch den Besuch des Poolreinigers und des Gärtners untermauert wird. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt.”
