Two apartments close to town and beach with terrace and large shared pool with kids area

In the small fishing resort of Moraira is this villa with two holiday apartments. It is located in a residential complex with large shared pool only kilometres away from the town centre and beach. Surrounded by vineyards and five golf courses the apartments are an ideal holiday domicile for water rats, bathing beauties and golf enthusiasts.

Every apartment has its own furnished terrace. Parking spaces are provided. Part of the residential complex is a large communal pool with kids area, a bar and restaurant. Countless sporting activities like for example tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis or billiard are offered.

The apartments have WLAN internet access which is subject to charge.

A supermarket is 500 metres away from the villa. In close proximity there are five golf courses. Moraira has got a small and cosy historical centre, nature beaches, cliff lined bays and sandy beaches. The castle is the landmark of the town. Even during the summer weeks there is enough space at the beach. The town has a modern marina where water sport facilities are provided for sailing, water ski, jet ski, diving and fishing. Of course one can rent boats.

Air conditioned holiday apartment with own terrace

The 70 m² large apartment is air conditioned and offers space for six people on the ground floor. The living area has a sofa corner with a sofa bed for two people and SAT TV with German programs. The open kitchen has a dining area and is fully equipped. Both bedrooms have a double bed. The bathroom, where one is able to also find the washing machine, has a shower, bath tub and toilet.



Also part of the apartment is a 30 m² large own furnished terrace. A marquee provide for covering. From here you have a lovely view of the surrounding hilly landscape.
