The separate kitchen with a fridge, stove with four rings (ceramic hob), cooker hood, dishwasher, table with two chairs, coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler and kettle provides everything you need for cooking. There is a bathroom with a bath and an integrated shower.There is a south-facing balcony, where smoking is permitted. There is also a free, roofed car parking space.The apartment is only a five-minute walk from the Weser, and from there it is just five further minutes over the pedestrian bridge into the centre.
