This old farmhouse has been renovated and divided into three apartments and a B&B. Each apartment with private and equipped outdoor area. From the apartments you can enjoy a beautiful view of forests, hills and valleys and of a small fishing lake at 100 m on the property. Common facilities: parking lot, playground with swing and table tennis, pool (12x7 m), external shower. The house is accessed via a dirt road that is not suitable for sports cars. Possibility of walks in the area, in the cool of the forests, and of fishing in the lake on the property. Free use of bicycles (2 per apartment), sale of locally produced oil and wine.     “Die Wohnung war nur äußerlich ansprechend. In Wirklichkeit sah es furchtbar aus: die Matratzen uralt und völlig durchgelegen, die Küche alt und verdreckt, im Bad wurde seit Jahren nichts renoviert (Schimmel in allen Fugen). Eine echte Zumutung für diesen Preis!
    Dazu kam in der unteren Wohnung eine sehr laute Großfamilie, die bis spät nachts zechten und feierten, sodass Schlafen oder Ausruhen kaum möglich war.
