This classic holiday house is situated in Havnsø, a cosy fishing village with boats and marina. The landscape created by the glaciers is varied. The holiday house is close to the bird sanctuary and the heathland of Vesterlyng. Golf courses, fishing lakes, boats for fishing trips from Havnsø are nearby. Enjoy a ferry ride from cosy Havnsø to the island Sejerø and Nekselø. Experience the scenic nature, burial mounds and a church with frescos, in Sejerø. Enjoy hiking in the neighbouring island and enjoy watching birds. Visit the castle Dragsholm, one of the many castles of this region, where Earl of Bothwell was imprisoned and a lady was walled in. Many historic churches from medieval times with their frescos, like the Church of Our Lady in Kalundborg with its 5 tombs are worth visiting. The region houses many art museums and art galleries. Plan a trip with the entire family to the Summerland Sjælland with a miniland, action land and a swimming pool. Also visit the zoo Odsherred, the fantasy world and Bon Bon Land near Næstved, which is a very huge amusement park for adults and children and Copenhagen with number of attractions like, the famous Tivoli, which is just an hour’s drive from the house.
