Only 10 km from the beaches of Versilia, near the splendid medieval village of Camaiore (1500 m), this villa is a lovingly restored stone farmhouse with traditional terracotta grilles on the windows and a furnished veranda, perfect for eating al fresco, with barbecue and brick wood shed. oven lit. Spread over two floors, the 160 sqm villa is tastefully furnished with antique furniture and valuable paintings. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and dining area, a spacious fully equipped kitchen (wood stove, American fridge with freezer and sparkling water mixer, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave) with access to the veranda and a bathroom with shower. An ancient stone staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower cubicle and a Jacuzzi under the window to enjoy the view of the valley. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine and dryer.
The large windows on the ground and first floor offer a unique view of the Apuan Alps, while in the garden there are also sun loungers and, for exclusive use, a Jacuzzi for four people. Gemstone and bronze statues are scattered throughout the park and at the back of the house is a vegetable garden shared with the other tenants of the park, offering fresh seasonal vegetables that you can pick yourself.
