The 45,000m² site is in the idyllic hilly landscape of the Monsummano Terme municipal area, in the midst of Tuscany.Generous agriturismo built in 1811, with an ultra panoramic private pool, a sun terrace, a fitness room and its own boccia alley, on the hills of Tuscany
The country estate built in 1811 was completely renovated in 2003, whereby the owners ensured that the charm of the original agriturismo was preserved. The ground floor has a living room with a dining space with chairs, a fireplace stove and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and kettle. The bathroom on this floor is fitted with a shower and WC. There are six bedrooms spread between the ground floor and upper floor, each with a double bed (160 x 190cm) or two single beds (80 x 190cm). Each bedroom has its own entrance and its own bathroom with a WC and shower. There is a second little kitchen on the upper floor with a gas stove and a little table with chairs. Free wireless Internet access is available.
The typical Tuscan country house lies amidst olive trees (eight hundred on four hectares) on terraces connected by little paths, inviting you to go for a stroll. At 150 to 200 metres above sea level and with a Mediterranean climate, the view to the south and west stretches towards the sea. Feel like the Medicis and enjoy the surroundings, inviting you for a relaxing stay in the countryside. In front of the entrance gate there is a parking area for five cars. Pets are allowed. Please note that the site is not fenced.
