Holiday apartment with pool and balcony

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, pavilion and garden furniture.

Novigrad. The holiday apartement is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday flats IST NOV 122 (2 persons), IST NOV 123, IST NOV 150, IST NOV 151 and IST NOV 152 (each for 4 persons), IST NOV 124 (each for 5 persons) and IST NOV 125 (6 persons) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 12 cars) is available on the street in front of the house.

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Pool
Outdoor pool (5 m x 10 m, depth 1,7 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

    “Wir empfanden die ca. 1,5km außerhalb liegende Lage als super. Nicht zu weit zum zu Fuß gehen, aber so weit weg, sodass der Trubel nicht stört. Die Anlage liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Nebenstraße. Pool ist super und es fehlt nix. Zur Ausstattung gehören Wäscheleinen, Kaffeemaschine! Sat-Fernsehen mit (unter anderem) deutschen Programmen. Am und im Haus gibt es genug Sitzgelegenheiten/ Rückzugsraum, um auch mal alleine draußen zu sitzen. Das Appartement (es gibt aber mehrere unterschiedliche) ist einfach, aber vollkommen okay und sauber. Einiges hat die besten Jahre zwar hinter sich, jedoch muss man alles in Bezug zum bezahlten Preis setzen.... Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen mit im Haus. Manko: Das versprochene WLAN war nur im offenen Treppenhaus (mit Sitzgelegenheiten/ -Nischen) im näheren Umfeld der Vermieterwohnung/ Etage oder in einem recht eng begrenzten Bereich am Pool zu nutzen. Wir überlegen uns jedenfalls wieder dort zu buchen!”
