Holiday apartments in a villa with a veranda and parking space

On the beautiful south-east coast of Sicily, in C. da Isola in Siracusa, a recently refurbished and inviting villa awaits you, divided into six comfortable apartments on two floors, thoughtfully decorated and with everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday in the sun and by the sea, with culture and relaxation.

There are six modern and comfortable apartments spread over the two floors of the house. They have been furnished with attention to detail and are conveniently equipped. All the apartments have their own entrance and, depending on their size and layout, are either suitable for up to four people (type A) or for up to seven people (type B). Type A consists of a living room-kitchen, a WC with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. Type B comprises an entrance area, a living room, a kitchen-diner, a WC with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped for a self-catering holiday. Towels and bed linen are included and are changed weekly. The accommodation is also equipped with modern flatscreen TVs with satellite receivers, a washing machine, air conditioning, a safe, a telephone, an iron and ironing board and free toiletry items (shampoo, soap and shower gel).

The three apartments on the ground floor each have their own veranda, which is partially sheltered. Of the three apartments on the first floor, only one has its own veranda. The verandas provide garden furniture. The villa also offers a large interior courtyard for the use of all guests. It has a gazebo, deckchairs and parasols, tables and chairs. A children’s playground (3-7 years), lawns, various grill areas (both private and shared) and an outdoor shower are also available. There is a big parking area that can be closed off with an electronic gate.

Additional services are available or can be arranged: a shuttle service to/from the airport, a rental car (also luxury limousines), special conditions for trips, restaurants or beach facilities.

The area is quiet and can be explored on foot or by bicycle. There are a number of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, kiosks, pizzerias, pubs and bars. It is just a short walk from the sea and there are many private and public beaches in the area. It is about 400 metres to the Plemmirio nature reserve. The villa is about 5km from Siracusa, 7km from the nearest motorway access and 50km from the international airport Catania-Fontanarossa. Isola and Siracusa are ideal starting points for exploring the countless cultural highlights on the south-east coast of Sicily. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy sailing, diving, fishing, bowling etc. The villa is open all year round owing to the mild climate and the wealth of cultural events in the area.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the villa.

There is a roofed veranda with a table and chairs.

It consists of a living room-kitchen, a storage room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, an LCD TV, a safe, an iron and ironing board, free toiletry items (soap, shampoo and shower set). It is possible to set up a supplementary bed for one person in the bedroom.

    “Die Lage der Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb und daher ruhig gelegen, ein Fahrzeug ist empfehlenswert, die Ausstattung vollständig bis auf Weingläser, sehr guter Zustand, Wohnung ist sauber. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ihren Preis wert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Die Übergnahme und Rückgabe erolgte ohne Probleme. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir zur Begrüßung mit einer leckeren Auswahl regionalen Gebäcks empfangen.”

    “Die Übergabe und Rückgabe der Wohnung hat reibungslos funktioniert, der Vermieter hat uns den Empfang im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes „versüßt“ indem wir bei unserer Ankunft eine Auswahl köstlichen Gebäcks vorfanden.

    Die Wohnung ist relativ neu und komplett ausgestattet. Sie ist in einem gepflegten Zustand. Wir haben lediglich eine Kleinigkeit vermisst: 2 Weingläser.

    Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und abseits gelegen. Deshalb ist sie vorrangig für Reisende geeignet, die einen Mietwagen zur Verfügung haben.

    Es ist gut, das die Wohnung mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet ist. Wir konnten während unseres Aufenthaltes kaum die Fenster offen lassen, da es vom 19.09.2013 bis 25.05.2013 selbst tagsüber sehr viele Stechmücken hatte. Deshalb konnten wir auch die Loggia oder die große Terrasse nicht nutzen.

    Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Sie ist ihren Preis wert.”
