This beautiful Umbrian country house with private pool is located 10 km from Narni, in a quiet area with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. In front of the house there is a large lawn where the pool is located with umbrellas and deck chairs, ideal for relaxing moments with your family or friends. Indeed, this house is the ideal solution for large families or groups of friends who want to spend their vacations together without sacrificing privacy: By closing a door, you can divide the house vertically into two units. At the same time, both inside the house and outside, you can sit together at the table to enjoy your lunch and dinner. At your disposal is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes. The region of Umbria enjoys a particularly favorable position, it is literally the "heart of Italy": whatever you choose here, mountain or hill, lakes or cities of art: this splendid region accommodates all needs. Your vacation home is indeed an excellent starting point for interesting excursions: in the picturesque town of Narni ( stores of all kinds, train station with connection to Rome) you can visit the impressive ambience of the underground Narni. In Spoleto (48 km) the beautiful Piazza del Duomo and the majestic bridge Ponte delle Torri with a splendid panoramic view await you. Rome, the Eternal City, is only 65 km away and welcomes you with its charming architectural treasures, museums and shopping streets. Within an hour's drive you can also reach other beautiful Umbrian cities such as Orvieto with its beautiful cathedral, Assisi with its magnificent Basilica of Saint Francis, Perugia with its palaces in the old town and the fascinating underground Rocca Paolina, and the beautiful Lake Piediluco. Umbria is full of charming villages, each telling its own story and housing historic and well-preserved architectural treasures: About 20 km away is Amelia with its fascinating Roman cisterns and about 8 km Otricoli with a Roman archaeological site. About 25 km from here are the magnificent Marmore waterfalls with a nearby adventure park with the possibility of rafting, ideal for lovers of extreme sports, at Ferentillo (30 km) you will find many opportunities for climbing.
