Nestled in 6,000 m² of parkland with manicured lawns and Mediterranean vegetation, this regal-looking property in the heart of Mallorca welcomes you. During the careful restoration with high-quality materials, great importance was attached to preserving the original character of this over 800-year-old natural stone house and at the same time adapting the well thought-out room concept to the highest demands.

One highlight is the excellently equipped high-gloss kitchen, where several amateur chefs can feast and talk shop together. Custom-made sculptures and colourful paintings by Cuban artist Ernesto Rodriguez create a successful contrast to historical curiosities in the spacious living room: Parts of an old talayot are embedded in the foundation walls of the building. The living room with its cosy armchairs and a large Smart TV (with 300 German channels) invites you to linger.
The thick natural stone walls keep the house pleasantly cool in summer, while a powerful oil-fired central heating system and underfloor heating in the living room ensure a cosy indoor climate even on cooler days.

For sporty guests, there is a modern fitness studio with Life Fitness equipment, a TechnoGym treadmill and Bowflex dumbbells, complemented by Bose sound, air conditioning and satellite TV.
In addition to a high-quality gas barbecue, a Weber charcoal grill is available to transform fresh ingredients from the market into delicious dishes.

This exceptional property is a model of sustainability. It is powered by an extensive solar system, supplemented by a silent generator for days with little sunshine. An osmosis system ensures that you don't have to buy drinking water - the property's own well water is fresh and clean.

The environmentally friendly construction and the integration of nature make this finca a special experience. You can watch sheep, goats and horses on the neighbouring land, while a small, well-kept colony of cats adds to the animal charm.

The finca is available for special occasions and celebrations on request.
