As a newcomer to Villa Sa Teulera, you will be immediately enchanted by the impressive, lush greenery that surrounds the equally imposing building. Manicured lawns, tall palm trees and other Mediterranean plants characterise the view, as do varied, inviting terrace areas, steps, little walls and original decorations. Numerous seating options in the breezy shade or under the open sky invite you to enjoy doing nothing and offer you comfortable options for an all-round enjoyable time in the open air. You can sit comfortably or play table tennis in the covered, semi-open former barn. The picturesque arched windows and the old farm equipment give it an incredibly rustic flair. The slightly elevated pool offers the opportunity for a refreshing dip on warm days. The pool can be reached via a ladder and is equipped with a lounge area. A total of six pool loungers invite you to sunbathe extensively. Depending on the time of day, you will also find lovely shady spots on the property that invite you to relax and unwind. When it comes to finding your favourite spots, there are no limits on this property. On balmy evenings, you can choose one of these spots and enjoy a culinary barbecue in a convivial atmosphere. Delicious regional ingredients can ideally be purchased at one of the nearby markets.

Inside the villa, guests can expect an elegant and aesthetic ambience. An open-plan living/dining room with several access points to the terrace impresses with its tasteful exposed-beam ceiling design, walls painted in warm colours, harmoniously coordinated tiles and carefully selected and combined furniture. On cool evenings, the fireplace adds cosy warmth to this living space, so you can enjoy comfort all year round. But that's not all: the house has another living room, which also has a fireplace, sofa and dining furniture. The TV with satellite connection is also installed here. Even if you are travelling with a larger group, this holiday home still offers you plenty of places where you can enjoy some privacy if required. The bright, modern modular kitchen offers everything you need on a daily basis. This includes a kettle and an Italian and filter coffee machine. You can also prepare excellent meals here with several people without getting in each other's way. Very individually and romantically designed bedrooms promise peaceful nights and deep relaxation. There is one bed measuring 1.35 x 1.90 metres, one measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres, one measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres and five measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres. The two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the dining rooms have air conditioning. The bathrooms have a friendly design and pleasant natural light.

If you fancy a city trip, you can reach a larger town such as Inca (approx. 8 km away) in just a few minutes by car. This is a great place to buy shoes, as this town has a long tradition in leather. A visit to the weekly market in Sineu, which takes place every Wednesday, is definitely worthwhile. For a great day at the beach, you can't go wrong with the beautiful bay of Alcúdia. The charming Villa Sa Teulera is located on the north-eastern edge of the small village of Sencelles in the centre of the island. Both Sencelles and Costitx, just 4 km away, offer great amenities for your daily shopping. The convenient location of this holiday home allows you to make excursions to many beautiful beaches. You can reach the capital Palma in around half an hour by car.
