With a fantastic view of the surrounding meadows, the stream that flows through them and the neighbouring forest, this new, spacious and modernly furnished holiday flat offers pure relaxation in the midst of nature. The holiday accommodation is located on a former farm in the quiet valley of the Brohlbach stream not far from the villages of Kaifenheim, Brachtendorf and Zettingen in the Vordereifel. The surrounding fields, meadows and forest belong to the farm. farm.

The flat is located in a separately accessible part of the courtyard. It offers everything you can expect from a relaxing holiday on 75 m² in 2 rooms, kitchen and daylight bathroom.
The spacious living/dining area invites you to linger and has direct access to the covered veranda, which is ideal for cosy hours outdoors, with a wonderful view of the Brohlbach and the "Stegwiese" The living/dining room is furnished with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa set, which can also be used for sleeping, and a Smart TV.
The completely new kitchen has plenty of storage space in 2 kitchen units and is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven at eye level, a large fridge/freezer combination, other electrical appliances and all the necessary kitchen utensils for daily needs.
The spacious bedroom, facing the inner courtyard, is furnished with a large double bed (180x200cm) and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
The daylight bathroom has a large bathtub, which can also be used as a shower thanks to a folding glass partition.
