This holiday villa is situated in a quiet location, with a completely fenced, beautiful garden: a great playground for children and a place where you can relax undisturbed. In front of the 25 m² covered terrace is a 3 x 6 metre kidney-shaped pool, where you can refresh yourself to your heart's content on hot days. The pool has a convenient stepped entrance on one side. Comfortable sun loungers and garden furniture are of course available for you to relax on. The mobile gas barbecue invites you to enjoy culinary barbecue evenings, where you can savour delicious regional delicacies in convivial company. Behind the house on the left is a two metre high wall that marks the start of the slope. The garden of the neighbouring villa begins behind this wall.

Villa Sa Plana has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with dining table. The villa is suitable for six people and a cot or baby bed can easily be added. The house is equipped with electric wall heating, while the living room and bedrooms on the opposite floor also have air conditioning. Both bathrooms are tiled. A fast internet connection is available to guests free of charge. You enter the villa conventionally via the terrace and enter the cosy living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a dining table for six people. The kitchen of the holiday villa is fully equipped with dishwasher, double sink, ceramic hob, oven, extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender and kettle. You can enjoy a deep and restful sleep in the cosy and friendly bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed, the other has two 0.90 m x 2.00 m beds. The bathroom has a bathtub, WC, bidet and washbasin, as well as a comfortable towel radiator. The shower room is located outside the house. Access is via the outside door of the kitchen. You can also reach it directly from the pool. You don't need to pack a hairdryer from home as it is always to hand. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes horse are available in an adjoining room.

The nearby beach of Port Vell is about 250 metres long and up to 20 metres wide. In stormy weather, we recommend travelling to Canyamel or Cala Millor for a swim (approx. 5 km away). The bay of Cala Millor is around 9 km long. In addition, the sandy beach of Cala sa Marjal is 2 km from the villa. About 10 km away is the beautiful town of Artà, about 5 km from Son Servera. The location of Villa Sa Plana is also ideal for golfers, as the Son Servera golf course is only 2 km away, while Pula Golf is around 4 km away. The beautiful Villa Sa Plana is located next to Son Servera, in the north-east of the island, about three minutes' walk from the sea (Port Vell) and 2 km from the sandy beach. The surroundings of the villa, nestled in a beautiful garden, are quiet. The drive between Palma de Mallorca airport and the holiday home takes about an hour.
