An oasis of greenery: flanked by two tall palm trees, a gnarled old olive tree and all kinds of other Mediterranean vegetation, the Can Joan Roca farmhouse is located in the beautiful south of the island and knows how to harmonise the most diverse holiday wishes. This is partly due to the pretty, typically Mallorcan house and partly due to the versatile terrace areas: warm and sunny or pleasantly shady, all with wonderful views of the garden and pool - where is your favourite spot? Admittedly, you are spoilt for choice here. Perhaps you prefer to relax on one of the loungers by the pool or perhaps you prefer the inviting covered outdoor kitchen with dining table? You can sit completely outdoors right next to the house, which also has a cosy, airy covered alcove to the side. In addition to the pool with convenient step access, there is also a practical outdoor shower for a quick dip.

The interior is tasteful: classic furniture, with antique accents here and there, creates a cosy ambience for arriving and relaxing. Large terracotta tiles and exposed beams on the ceilings create a cosy flair. A combined living/dining room with wood-burning stove and TV offers plenty of opportunities for socialising indoors. The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located right next door. Two charming double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and another bathroom, are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom en suite. The windows on the 1st floor offer beautiful views of the surrounding area. The typical charm of Mallorca welcomes you to this farmhouse, which is just a 5-minute drive from the village of S'Horta. Nestled in the hilly green landscape, you can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday here. The nearest beaches are a good 6 km away, and the beautiful harbour of Portocolom is also approx. 6 km away. If you enjoy playing golf, Can Joan Roca is not far away: the Vall d'Or Golf Club is less than 4 km away.
