In a quiet, rural location, in the east of Mallorca and just 500 m from the beach of Port Nou, Villa Plana Petita is a particularly charming retreat that welcomes holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. There are several other villas in the neighbourhood, but you can be sure that you will enjoy complete privacy during your stay at Plana Petita. Surrounded by an idyllic, lush green garden with lush trees, you can completely immerse yourself in cosy relaxation here. The rustic and aesthetically pleasing ambience provides you with an extremely pleasant basis to really unwind. To the side of the house is a spacious lawn area where the little holidaymakers who may accompany you can run around and play to their heart's content. The covered terrace in front of the house is furnished with a dining table and chairs and offers a wonderful place for al fresco dining. You can also dine here while enjoying the marvellous view of the lush, green landscape. The private pool measures 8 x 4 metres and varies in depth between 0.80 and 1.80 metres. Sunshades and comfortable loungers invite you to relax and unwind. In the evening, you can cook on the mobile barbecue and then enjoy the savoury delicacies of the region. If you would like to organise a party during your stay, please let us know in advance. In the interest of other holidaymakers in the vicinity, parties cannot be held in the villa. However, it is perfectly possible to organise a party in the restaurant, which also belongs to the owners of the villa, which is perhaps even nicer!

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The bungalow-style house is designed for four people and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This comfortable layout makes the villa ideal for two couples who are friends, as you have the opportunity to be together and still have your own areas and rooms that are just for you. The interior is predominantly in a rustic-antique style and is accentuated here and there by modern furnishings. The result is a highly individualised charm that is almost enjoyable. The walls and floors are bright and, in combination with the exposed beam ceilings, lend the rooms an inviting, cosy atmosphere. The open-plan living/dining room has a large window, a fireplace, two cosy sofas and a spacious dining table. A TV with satellite connection as well as a CD and DVD player provide entertainment if required. The integrated kitchen is fully furnished and offers you everything you need for your everyday, kitchen-related holiday requirements. This includes a hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a kettle and a Goteo coffee machine. A peaceful atmosphere awaits those seeking peace and relaxation in the two tastefully furnished bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and, for an extra touch of luxury, an adjoining en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom has two single beds measuring 0.90m x 2.00m. The second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. As WLAN is available throughout the house, nothing stands in the way of connecting with the outside world. For your convenience, a kettle and hairdryer are provided so you don't have to waste luggage space by bringing your own luggage from home.

This villa is in a unique location. By car, you can quickly and easily reach the holiday resorts of Cala Millor, Canyamel, Cala Rajada, Capdepera and Artà. There is a small promenade around the main beach of Cala Bona with numerous cafés and restaurants with terraces from which you can enjoy the marvellous sea view. In the harbour, you can sit with an early morning coffee and watch the fishing boats sail out to sea or sample delicious tapas in the evening. For an extensive shopping experience, visit the neighbouring Cala Millor (4 km). There are three impressive 18-hole golf courses near Cala Bona. You can also enjoy a day out to Manacor or the spectacular Cueves del Drach stalactite cave system. There is a traditional market in Son Servera, which you can visit on Fridays.

You will find Villa Plana Petita in a completely tranquil setting, just 3 kilometres from the coastal town of Cala Bona. The former fishing village is now a pleasant tourist resort. You can do your daily shopping either here or in Son Servera (5 km). The beautiful sandy beach of the Costa de los Pinos and several other fine sandy bays, which are ideal for swimming, are just a few minutes' drive from this holiday home.
