Our house is located directly below the "Kleine Kalmit" hill with a view of the Mater Dolerosa chapel of the same name. The central location on the edge of the village is unique; the village centre and most of the local restaurants and shops are just a five-minute walk away. Nevertheless, the entrance to the vacation apartment is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards with a direct view of the beautiful "Kleine Kalmit" nature reserve.

Our 50m² apartment offers all the amenities for a successful Palatinate vacation. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious rain shower, the living/dining area has IP TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave and oven, and the bedroom has a box-spring bed.

Great importance was attached to sustainability and ecological harmlessness both in the building materials used and in the furnishings.f
