This country home in Dordogne Perigord features a private pool, offering a splendid countryside setting near the Dordogne River and cliffs. It provides a direct view of Domme and is close to Vitrac village and nearby shops in Cénac and Saint Julien. The property includes the main house and three unoccupied former farm buildings.

The rental boasts a ground floor with a spacious living area, kitchen, and sitting area leading to a terrace. A wooden staircase with handrails lead to the bedrooms which have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The second floor comprises an attic bedroom and another bedroom, both sharing a beautiful Moorish-inspired bathroom.

The exterior offers expansive lawns, various relaxation areas, an outdoor terrace with garden furniture, and a paved terrace under a gazebo. The private pool (12m x 5.5m, depth 1m – 1.8m) is secured by a diving alarm, surrounded by a paved terrace with deckchairs and parasols. The laundry room is in an adjoining outbuilding.

The house is located near the town of Domme (4 km) and close the village of Vitrac (1 km) and the major tourist sites. The Dordogne River is nearby.
