Nestled between Goudargues and Barjac, discover a charming holiday rental in Saint André de Roquepertuis, perfect for a delightful getaway. This cosy abode, set in the serene Cèze valley, offers a relaxed and accessible stay spread across two levels.

The ground floor, tailored for disabled access, features a welcoming living space with an open kitchen equipped with modern amenities. A dining area and a sitting area with a handy stowaway sofa bed await, along with international TV channels. Upstairs, find a lovely bedroom and an additional shower room.

Step outside to discover two inviting courtyards. Courtyard one invites al fresco dining, while courtyard two boasts a shared enclosed and heated pool (7m x 3.5m) with deck chairs.

Important to note: The outdoor areas adjoin the owners' residence and their Bed & Breakfast (for 2 guests). The courtyards serve as access to the owners' house and the B&B. The pool is shared among guests at the B&B and the owners. Wi-Fi is available, and parking for three vehicles is provided.

Guests also have the opportunity to admire captivating paintings by the house owner in the vaulted studio.

The rental is situated in Saint André de Roquepertuis, a small village in the heart of the Cèze valley, visit the Provencal markets and vineyards. In Goudargues (3.5 km) you will find all shops.
