This charming stone farmhouse in the Périgord of the Dordogne offers a vacation home for your next vacation. The approx. 140 m² main house has an air-conditioned living area with sitting area, reading corner and dining area. Upstairs, an open mezzanine leads to two air-conditioned bedrooms. A shared shower room completes this floor. The independent outbuilding, approx. 50 m² without air conditioning, is only accessible from the outside. It consists of two further bedrooms and a shower room. Outside there are shady lawns with garden furniture and a paved terrace with parasols, offering beautiful views of the countryside. The private swimming pool (11 m x 4 m, depth 1.5 m ? 1.8 m) is about 80 m from the house and has a paved terrace. The farmhouse is located in a hamlet of 5 to 6 houses, including 3 main residences. The house is the last one on the right-hand side in a cul-de-sac. The baker comes by twice a week.
