This characteristic countryside house is situated between La Roque Gageac and Domme and is an ideal starting point to visit the main tourist sites of Dordogne.

The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with a central island, and a comfortable living space along with three of the bedrooms, including one single room suitable for a child. Upstairs, accessible via wooden stairs, are two further bedrooms, which benefit from air-conditioning, and a bathroom.

The outside area features grassy and flowered spaces at the front and back, a paved terrace with outdoor furniture, and children's play equipment, including a swing and slide. A private heated pool (10m x 5m) is part of the property, currently secured by an alarm but soon to be replaced by a removable cover, providing both safety and warmth, which can be fully opened for swimming while maintaining night temperature.

The holiday home is located in the countryside but not secluded, in a peaceful residential area not far from the towns of La Roque Gageac, Cenac and Saint-Julien, Domme.
