The modernized vacation home is located on a 500 m² separate recreational property in a direct forest location, only approx. 80 m from the beach promenade. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered seating area, TV, radio), bedroom (3 upholstered loungers), open dining room with wood-burning stove, kitchenette (electric stove, fridge and microwave), shower/WC, central heating. There is a terrace with seating area, barbecue, bicycle storage and parking space on the property. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption, please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Two dogs up to a maximum height of 40 cm are allowed in this property.
Lubmin is a seaside resort on the Greifswalder Bodden in a beautiful forest landscape. The Hanseatic town of Greifswald is approx. 20 km away. The town has a pier with a jetty, a modern sports center, a wide sandy beach (also nudist), bicycle and pedal boat hire, various restaurants and shops. Pony rides and horse-drawn carriage rides are possible.
