Take the magnificent Route de la Clape from Narbonne to its seaside resort, where you'll enjoy an exceptional 360° panoramic view, and then discover the Gîte Turquoise, ideally located in the heart of Narbonne-Plage in a quiet residence 200m from the beautiful, gently sloping, fine-sand beaches of the Aude.

Numerous snack bars and restaurants line the beach, and shops (pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist, bakery) are nearby. Along the promenade, you can enjoy some great bike rides while taking in the beautiful sea views. If you're a keen walker, you'll find plenty to do in the Massif de la Clape. The location is ideal for visiting the region's must-see places, such as the historic centre of Roman Narbonne or the charming village of Gruissan and its famous chalets.

On site, the gîte has a large private outdoor terrace with furniture for outdoor meals, as well as garden furniture for relaxing. A large part of the terrace is fenced off, and only a small part is open, but a retractable screen provides privacy and safety for young children. There is a car park in the residence with non-private spaces, but you'll always find plenty of space, including in front of the gîte!

This single-storey gîte opens onto an air-conditioned living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining table, a sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV, plus an office area. The living room opens directly onto the outside terrace through a large bay window. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm). Two separate shower rooms each with shower, washbasin and WC, with a washing machine in one of the two shower rooms. A sleeping area on the large landing with a 90cm pull-out double bed.

WIFI connection. Baby equipment available on request. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.
