"La Rêveuse is a comfortable gîte where you can make the most of your holiday. Between the mountains and the sea, the first hiking trails are just a stone's throw away, the sea is a 30-minute bike ride away, and Spain is 23 km away: everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one! Just 7 km from Argeles sur Mer, 15 km from Collioure and Le Boulou, and 28 km from Perpignan, this pleasant, functional single-storey house, located in the Domaine des Albères, is sure to make your stay a pleasant one. The owner has decorated it with taste. You'll enjoy the swimming pool and tennis court, which are shared between the owners. The living room and kitchen (6 place dishwasher) open onto the 7 m² veranda, which opens onto the 33 m² enclosed terrace with trees, garden furniture and a plancha. The bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, which can be twinned to form a king-size bed (180 cm) on request. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. There is an independent toilet and a reserved parking space. The shared, unheated swimming pool (10 x 10 x 2 m) is open from 15 June to 15 September (opening hours: 9am-1pm and 3pm-8pm). The shared tennis court is open all year round (bookings must be made with the caretaker during the summer months).
