All three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, TV and air conditioning. Two bedrooms have a single bed and one has a double bed. All three areas are open plan. Surrounding the villa is a large garden, ideal for children to play in. There are also swings and a trampoline for extra fun. There is a large pool in the courtyard where you can swim every day and there are sun loungers around the pool. So you can work on that perfect summer tan, preferably with a cold drink in your hand. Next to the villa is a covered dining area where you can prepare fresh fish on the barbecue. In the morning, the terrace is the best place to enjoy your first cup of coffee or tea. There you will be surrounded by green fields and hills, yet close to the beautiful western Istrian coastline and the ancient town of Rovinj. A long time ago, Rovinj was a Roman town, but later the canal was filled in and a peninsula was created. The modern town of Rovinj is one of the most romantic places in Istria, a place where you can stroll through a network of stone streets in the old town that slowly leads up to the top of the hill where the Church of St. Euphemia is located - the most important monument in Rovinj. When you climb to the top of the church tower, you will be greeted and enchanted by the view of the entire town and the surrounding area. From the land, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the old town, especially during sunset, when the red of the sky and the blue of the sea merge. Istria is known for its cuisine, for the use of truffles in dishes, as the best truffles can be found in Istria. Rovinj and the surrounding area offer numerous restaurants for gastronomy enthusiasts.
