Surrounded by olive groves and verdant nature, Villa Pendolina offers a peaceful and serene dream vacation for a maximum of 6+1 guests. The villa takes its name from an ancient olive variety that originates from Tuscany in Italy - Pendolino.
As it is a first floor house, all the rooms in this villa are conveniently located on one level. The 3 double rooms are charmingly furnished and offer a comfortable stay and restful sleep during your vacation. There is a sofa bed in the living room for the +1 guest. There is a bathroom with shower cubicle and a guest toilet.
Designed as an open space, a modern, fully equipped kitchen ensures that your culinary wishes are fulfilled. The bright and tastefully furnished living and dining area allows your family and friends to spend a relaxing and entertaining time together.
The tranquil outdoor area next to the beautiful pool offers complete relaxation while you swim or sunbathe and enjoy the villa's peaceful location surrounded by nature. There is a lovely covered outdoor dining area next to the pool with stunning views of the surrounding area where you can enjoy your meals prepared on the outdoor barbecue.
For our younger guests there is a trampoline for fun entertainment.
The villa offers parking for a maximum of 7 cars (2 of which are shaded) and a WiFi connection. The excellent location of Villa Pendolina (not far from the town of Umag) combines the best of both worlds: Peace and quiet, but also sunny and lively beaches. The coastal town offers a wide range of leisure activities and tourist attractions as well as a small harbor. Excellent restaurants, bars and cafés can be found in the charming cobbled streets of the town. The enchanting hinterland with its picturesque medieval hilltop towns is easy to reach thanks to good road connections. Today, Umag is primarily known for sport: Every year in July, the ATP Croatia Open is held here, featuring many big names from the men's tennis world. Close to the town is the award-winning Istralandia water park - ideal for a day of fun for the whole family.
