Outside you have a great swimming pool with massage jets - a welcome refreshment on hot summer days - with 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. The large garden with swing is ideal for your children to play and have fun.
The terrace overlooks the pool and garden area while you prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped summer kitchen with barbecue. The wooden dining table with benches invites you to enjoy a good breakfast before heading out to explore the region. Just around the corner, in front of the entrance to the living room, there is an additional set of garden furniture.
The interior is very modern, bright and fully air-conditioned. The open plan first floor has a tastefully decorated living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a separate toilet, a double bedroom and bathroom.
On the second floor, the house has two modern and comfortable double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bathrooms have shower cubicles.
With your family or friends and all of the above, you will feel right at home at Villa Divsici! Villa Divsici is located in central Istria, near the small town of Marcana. Looking at the location, you have a wide choice of beaches, towns and sights to discover: Vodnjan, Galizana, Fazana and Pula. All the towns and cities can be reached within 15 to 30 minutes by car. Visit the family beaches in Fazana, take a romantic walk in the historic towns of Vodnjan or Galizana or choose a day trip to Pula with its arena, famous beaches and wide gastronomic offer. There really is a lot to discover.
