We have remodeled for you: Two additional, new apartments and the installation of an elevator will be completed in the summer of 2023 after a renovation phase lasting several months and the “Allgäuzauber Ferienwohnungen” became the “Im Rièd” holiday apartments.
Allgäu coziness and craftsmanship characterize the furnishings of the Kapplbichl and Ornach apartments. You will find modern, young interiors in our Wiesach and Birkach apartments.
Our house is idyllically located in the middle of the skiing and mountain hiking paradise of the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park. Cross-country ski trails and mountain railways can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, as can the village shop and alpine dairy. Enjoy carefree holidays in beautiful nature.
All apartments are barrier-free accessible by elevator. For guests with electric cars, we have a charging station directly at the house (for a fee). There is also a bicycle parking space with charging options for e-bikes.
If you need a lot of space, our largest apartment is the right place for you. In the two separate bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed) you can dream wonderfully after an eventful day of vacation. But this also applies if you just spent the day comfortably on the huge roof terrace.

- Our modern elevator takes you and your luggage comfortably to your apartment door - be it from the front door on the ground floor or from the bicycle and ski storage space in the basement.
- For guests with electric cars, we have a charging station directly at the house (for a fee). There is also a bicycle parking space with charging options for e-bikes.
- The minimum length of stay in our holiday apartments is usually 4 nights.
- Dogs are welcome on request and cost €10 per night and a one-off special cleaning fee of €50 per stay.
- Payment is possible by bank transfer in advance or in cash upon arrival. Unfortunately we do not offer card payment.
