Kleine, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im 2. OG eines Mehrferienappartementhauses. Ein Fahrstuhl ist im Haus vorhanden. In der Tiefgarage steht ein PKW-Stellplatz zur Verfügung (Nr. Lee 13). Zufahrt direkt  hinter dem Strandhotel rechts und die zweite Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage links. Aus der Tiefgarage raus - bitte die Kellertür auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite vom Tiefgaragenstellplatz nutzen und dann zweite Etage links. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können im Keller sicher abgestellt werden. Das Aquadrom befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung.
- Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind im Ferienobjekt nicht vorhanden !

Das Objekt befindet sich im Ostseeheilbad Graal-Müritz, das sehr idyllisch direkt am Meer vom größten zusammenhängenden Mischwaldgebiet an der Ostsee liegt.
Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ostsee, in zentraler Ortslage.
Die Ferienwohnung gehört zu einer Ferienwohnanlage, die erst 2003 gebaut wurde.
Sie befindet sich in der 2. Etage eines Mehrferienappartementhauses. Es ist ein kleines, mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Ein-Raum-Appartement. Ein Fahrstuhl ist im Haus vorhanden.
