The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a busy environment, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its sunny location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly accomodation. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, terrace and garden furniture.

Krk. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The house is near a busy road. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property.- Charging station for electric vehicles (chargeable): €25 per charge

air conditioner, underfloor heating. Facilities: cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via electric wire. Apartments are equipped with Smart TV, (YouTube and Netflix available)

Outdoor pool (salt water, heatable, 4 m x 8 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to mid of October.- The use of our swimming pool is at your own risk
