Beautiful newly built Villa Bella Draguć is located in the place of the same name in the deepest interior of Istria, and halfway between Pazin and Buzet. This location is a target for guests who want to escape from the hectic everyday life and relax in complete privacy and peace with family or friends. If you are one of them, indulge in the charms of Villa Bella Draguć and enjoy all your senses!

Located on a hill, surrounded by untouched nature and greenery, Villa Bella Draguć is built in a modern style of construction and provides accommodation for a maximum and an optimal of 10 people. It is fully air conditioned, and provides 310 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is a magnificent 20,226 m2. The villa consists of a ground floor and an upper floor, where you will definitely have enough space to rest and relax during your holiday.

On the ground floor you will be greeted by a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you will easily and successfully prepare your favourite dishes for the whole family, and there is also a dining room that includes a dining table with 8 seats. In the kitchen, behind the bar, there are 4 more seats. There is also a living room with a sofa and a TV.

You will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 4 double beds. The villa also has 7 bathrooms, each of which has a shower cabin.

On the outdoor terrace there is a pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.55 m. Additional functionality of the pool are massage stairs (Roman bath), waterfall and overflow. By the pool, you will sunbathe on 6 sun loungers while reading or relaxing. On the terrace there is also an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, an outdoor dining table with 8 seats, and the villa has a balcony from which you can enjoy your morning coffee and views of untouched nature. The villa has additional facilities that you can use during your stay, such as washing machine, dryer and iron.

The yard is fenced, and children can play and have fun in it, and inside the yard there are 12 parking spaces.

By prior arrangement, it is possible to organise a tour of central Istria, the wine road and the olive oil road. Also, there is a visit to Brijuni, the city of Porec, Umag or Rovinj. For sports fans, it is possible to organise golf, and lovers of relaxation will be able to arrange a massage.

Draguć is also called Istrian Hollywood, and it is a beautiful place that can easily play the role of magical Florence. During the second half of the last, but also in this century, it gathered numerous domestic and world producers and directors and became one of the most desirable locations for filming in Istria, but also in Croatia.
