Villa Clementine is located on the beautiful island of Brač, in Sutivan. This villa is ready to provide every guest with the much needed and luxurious holiday you've been dreaming of for a long time. The island of Brač is a famous tourist destination that is visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists every year, who already want to come back next year!

Renovated in 2018, villa Clementine was built in a contemporary construction style and offers its guests 340 m2 of living space. The total area of the property is 1000 m2, and it is only 80 metres from the nearest sea. It is an excellent opportunity for family gatherings and swimming in the clean Adriatic Sea.

A maximum of 16 people can stay in the villa, while the optimal number is 12. Guests will be accommodated in 6 comfortable bedrooms with double beds (200x200). If necessary, as an additional bed, there are 2 folding couches (160x200). Likewise, the villa has 5 ensuite bathrooms with a shower, and one ordinary bathroom with a bathtub.

Villa Clementine consists of the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor, where you will have enough space for rest and family gatherings. On the 1st floor there is a living room with a dining room, and the already mentioned 4 bedrooms. On the 2nd floor there are 2 more bedrooms, one of which has a living room.

The villa has a view of the sea from the living room and bedrooms, the two bedrooms on the 1st floor do not have a view of the sea.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a swimming pool with a size of 32 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres. Next to it, there are 5 deckchairs for sunbathing, and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. There is also an outdoor dining table on the terrace, which will be a great place to spend time with family and friends.

As additional content, you can use a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Also, there are two separate toilets and a feeding trough, and a cot.

There are 3 private parking spaces inside the courtyard of Villa Clementine.

Entertainment contents that will delight young and old are table tennis and satellite television.

Sutivan is a village located on the north-western coast of the island of Brač, only 7 km west of Supetar. Sutivan stretches along the sea and offers its guests perfect spaces for rest and entertainment. There are pebble and sandy beaches in and around the town itself. Also, Sutivan is a place where families with children, as well as the younger generation, can find something to relax and have fun with!
