The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger and garden shower.

Šilo. The holiday apartement is located on a 200 sqm water plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Luxurious apartments with panoramic sea views are located in a complex of two buildings in a quiet area. Modernly equipped, with two air conditioners and two televisions in the living room and bedroom, WiFi. There are 11 apartments in total (7x one-bedroom, 2x two-bedroom, 2x studio apartments for two people). In the complex there is a large swimming pool with sea water of 40 m2 for common use. In front of the seafront building, guests can relax in the shade of a pine forest, equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture.There is also a large pebble beach in the immediate vicinity and a nearby restaurant across the street. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 15 cars) is available on the property. The complex has private parking.

Outdoor pool (salt water, 4 m x 9 m, depth 1,40 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.
