The 100 m2 3-room luxury apartment has two bedrooms, in one of the two bedrooms you can also enjoy a free-standing bathtub. Both bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box spring beds measuring 180 cm x 200 cm and 160 cm x 200 cm.

A spacious dining area invites up to six people to get together and merges into the living room with a large sofa and modern flat screen TV with full streaming service.

The bedroom, dining area, hallway and living room have a ceiling height of 320 cm, so that you can fully enjoy the charm of a lovingly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment in an old building.

A modern bathroom with a window is located next to one of the two bedrooms and is equipped with a large and modern shower cubicle.

A dressing room with wardrobe, armchair, chest of drawers and mirror is also right next to the bedroom and offers plenty of space for your clothes and utensils.

A fully equipped kitchen with balcony leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is also equipped with an additional guest toilet.

Internet access via fast WLAN is of course available free of charge.

You can park your car directly in front of the house on a spacious parking lot with video surveillance.

Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the heart of Badenweiler as well as the Cassiopeia Therme and our beautiful parks as well as the castle ruins.
