    Etwas befremdend:
    Im Angebot wurde nichts über die Kosten des Hundes erwähnt. Diese tauchten erst
    mit Ihrer Rechnung auf. Es geht weniger um den Betrag, über welchen man auch
    diskutieren könnte (die Hälfte wäre wohl angemessen), als um die Tatsache, dass man totz mustergültigem Angebot und sauberer Abwicklung mit diesen Kosten im Nachhinein, also nach der Buchung überrascht wird. Ob es hier was zu ändern gibt?
