Come and enjoy this beautiful gîte with your family or friends, offering a magnificent view of the mountains from the terrace and the secure swimming pool. Located on the outskirts of Quillan, the town centre is less than 10 minutes walk away and the shops are also within easy reach by car.ideally located, the town of Quillan is situated in the heart of a mountainous cirque, at the crossroads of the Aude, the Pyrénées Orientales and the Ariège. Crossed by the river Aude, you will be able to practise numerous white water activities and it is also the starting point for hiking, mountain bike circuits... It is also very well situated for visiting many cultural sites including the Pays Cathare, Puivert and Lapradelle Puylaurens are only a few kilometres away. On the first floor of the gîte is a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) and another bedroom with a double bed (140cm), each with its own private shower room. Also on this floor, the kitchen opens onto a large living/dining room.

On the first floor, three beautiful bedrooms, two with double beds (140 and 160) and private balconies and one with two small beds (90). Each room also has its own private bathroom. All the rooms in the house have a private balcony or terrace. Outside, a huge enclosed garden allows the little ones to play safely with a swing and many games (badminton, football, water volleyball, etc...) Two terraces are available, one with a gas barbecue. The entrance to the pool is secured by a code at the summer kitchen door. You will find everything you need to cook as well as a fridge. All you have to do is come and enjoy this calm and green setting.
