The semi-detached house is located in an old manor house that has been completely renovated, in a spacious park surrounded by nature and close to the sea. You can take long walks among the fruit trees and numerous flower beds and discover magnificent centuries-old trees. Overlooking the sea, the shared heated pool awaits you with plenty of sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the view. Play volleyball, table tennis or pétanque - there are so many possibilities! The parking lot is conveniently located at the foot of the property.

The accommodation is extremely stylish and equipped with high-quality furniture. You can make yourself comfortable here and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea.

From the grounds you have direct access to the GR34, as well as to the sea and the coastal path. Discover this wonderful corner of Brittany for yourself - in addition to the region's beaches, we particularly recommend the old town of Concarneau with its harbor, old fortifications and fish ponds. This is the perfect place to stroll, dream and stop off at one of the inviting restaurants.

    “Wir hatten eine super Zeit in der Bretagne, was auch an dieser Wohnung bzw. dem ganzen Anwesen liegt. Liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, sauber und vor allem wunderschön gelegen auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit direktem Zugang zum Küstenwanderweg. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kann man das Meer sehen. Der wunderschöne Strand Les Sables Blanc ist ganz in der Nähe. Der Pool auf dem Grundstück ist beheizt. Auch von dort hat man direkte Sicht auf das Meer.
    Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!”
